Tamam Financing, a pioneering fintech entity established in 2019, aims to revolutionize financial inclusion within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aligning with the Financial Sector Development Plan of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. Tamam offers instant Islamic Shari'a compliant loans via a mobile app, eliminating the need for physical bank visits. My role was to devise a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, alongside a robust content, social media, and content management plan to introduce Tamam to the market and facilitate its growth.

Objective

The project aimed to introduce Tamam Financing, a pioneering fintech entity in Saudi Arabia, to the market. Tamam offers instant Islamic Shari'a compliant loans through a mobile app, aligning with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 Financial Sector Development Plan. The objective was to revolutionize financial inclusion within the kingdom by making Islamic financing accessible without the need for physical bank visits.

Strategy and Execution:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Conducted market research to understand the unique financial needs within Saudi Arabia and crafted Tamamโ€™s value proposition around instant, hassle-free, and digital Islamic financing. Established strategic partnerships and organized targeted launch campaigns, including influencer-led initiatives and community-based workshops, to promote the app and foster trust.

  • Content Strategy: Developed a comprehensive content plan focusing on educating the target audience about Islamic finance principles and how Tamam adheres to these. Produced educational content, customer testimonials, FAQs, and SEO-optimized blog posts. Highlighted initiatives included webinars on Shari'a-compliant financing and a series featuring success stories from Tamam users.

  • Social Media Strategy: Implemented targeted social media campaigns to build community, enhance engagement, and drive app downloads, emphasizing the Islamic compliance and convenience of using Tamam. Introduced engagement initiatives and integrated customer service on social platforms to enhance user interaction and support.

  • Content Creation & Management: Established a content calendar to ensure consistent engagement across platforms, prioritized high-quality production of informative materials, and monitored content performance to refine strategies. Notable efforts included animated explainer videos and infographics on financial inclusion and the role of fintech in achieving Vision 2030.

Outcome

The strategic launch and content dissemination efforts significantly increased awareness of Tamam, resulting in substantial app downloads and active user engagement. The initiatives fostered financial literacy within the target demographics and contributed to the broader goals of financial inclusion as envisioned in Saudi Arabiaโ€™s Vision 2030. Metrics included a marked increase in organic traffic, enhanced social media engagement rates, and positive feedback from users on the clarity and utility of the provided financial education materials.
