Assima Mall, an ambitious mixed-use development by Assima Real Estate Company, represents a cornerstone in the urban landscape of Kuwait City. Completed at the end of 2021, Assima Mall integrates shopping, entertainment, office, and residential spaces within a mini-city concept, boasting a total built-up area of 380,000 square meters. My engagement with Assima Mall focused on leveraging content strategy, social media engagement, and content creation and management to increase footfall, enhance the visitor experience, and solidify Assima Mall's position as a premier destination in Kuwait.

Objective

To enhance the visibility and visitor experience of Assima Mall, a cutting-edge mixed-use development in Kuwait City, thereby increasing footfall and positioning the mall as a top destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Strategy and Execution:

  • Content Strategy: Crafted a comprehensive content strategy to spotlight Assima Mall's multifaceted offerings and in-mall activations. This included promoting events through a blend of pre-event hype, live coverage, and post-event highlights, alongside creating engaging content about the mall's retail, dining, and entertainment options. A key initiative was encouraging user-generated content to foster a sense of community and authenticity among visitors.

  • Social Media Strategy: Launched targeted social media campaigns to showcase the mall's unique features, utilizing interactive content like polls and quizzes to boost engagement. Collaborated with local influencers to extend reach and bring the mall's experience closer to potential visitors through relatable content and personal testimonials.

  • Content Creation & Management: Oversaw the production of high-quality visual content to capture the essence of Assima Mall, developing a strategic content calendar to maintain a steady stream of engaging material.
